Property blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also included in this new photograph release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key identifying various sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing oversight release.
